- 1 package ramen
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- some hot pepper
- cooked veggies, preferably oriental style frozen
- Optional: rice
- In skillet, heat oil
- Add broken ramen noodles
- Stir fry the noodles till they get just a tiny bit browned
- Add the peanut butter and hot pepper and as much of the flavor packet as you want
- Mix the stuff around and cook for a few seconds longer
- Use the resulting cruchy noodles as a way to spice up oriental style veggies. you can even use the ramen+veggies on rice.
Note: best ramen is probably beef flavor or oriental.

- 2 packages Ramen noodles chicken flavored
- 1/2 – 1 lb of chicken without bones
- 1 Tsp Santa Fe seasonings
- stalk of celery, chopped
- 2 – 5 baby carrots
- 1/4 Cup of chopped onion
- Optional: fozen peas
- Optional: 1 Tbs chicken bullion or extra pack of seasoning
- Optional: frozen broccoli
Put 4 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Chop up the chicken and add to boiling water. Add celery, onion, seasonings (and bullion or extra seasoning), Santa Fe seasoning. Boil until chicken is done. Add carrots and Ramen noodles. Add any other ingredients such as peas and broccoli. Boil until noodles are done. Serve with crackers, bread or rolls. This will make a meal for up to six people depending on how much chicken and veggies are added. If you like soft carrots, then add them a little earlier.

- 1 pkg of ramen (beef, chicken, pork or shrimp)
- 6 hard or soft shell tortillas
- copious amounts of Taco Bell hot sauce (your choice of flavors)
- shredded lettuce
- shredded cheese
- diced tomaotoes
- dehydrated onions
- clove of garlic
- BEER! the cheap stuff, not the good stuff
- GOOD BEER (for drinking with tacos)
- Any ground meat or cubed fish (beef or seabass work well)
- Optional: habeneros, olives, salsa, guac, sour cream, cilantro
Cook meat in skillet with oil, cheap beer and garlic.
Warm tortillas (if applicable).
Boil ramen and flavor packet. Be sure that flavor packet coincideds with meat flavor (beef with beef, chicken with chicken, shrimp with fish, etc.). Layer meat, noodles, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, peppers in that order. Sprinkle onion stuff over that. Top with Toxic Hell hot sauce of your choice. If there is no Toxic Hell in your college town, BK, Jacques in le Box, or chow hall hot sauces work just as well. Add condiments such as guac and sour cream. Open good beer and enjoy this Mexican delight! Now repeat 6 times or until ramen or beer disappear.
Note: Ingredients should be stolen from university cafeteria or dining hall when applicable. After all, you paid all that tuition! Be sure ramen flavor coincieds with meat flavor. Cook with cheap beer, drink good beer. This point cannot be emphasized enough! This meal is delicious and nutritios with peppers and veggies. For a low salt version, skip the flavor packet.

- 1/8 cup Sambal (red chili paste/sauce)
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tblspn Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tblspn dark sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water
- couple sgrigs parsely
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Combine all ingredientes in food processer and process until well blended. Add a couple spoonfulls to cooked/drained ramen, udon, soba, etc… Garnish with green onions.
Note: This recipe makes alot of sauce. It keeps well in the fridge and is also really good on chicken, shrimp, whatever.

- 1 package of Top Ramen Chili Flavor
- 1/4 cup of onion, diced
- 1/2 cup of peppers (I prefer Hungarian Wax Peppers, but wimps can use green peppers)
- 2 links (appx 1/2 pound) of cooked and sliced hot Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon if minced garlic (fresh preferable)
- 1 can of diced or stewed tomatoes.
Cook the sausage. While cooking, poke the links and allow the grease to come out into the pan. Remove cooked sausage, cut, and set aside. Cut and saute onion, pepper and garlic in the pan with the grease from the sausage. Pour the liquid from the diced tomatoes into a pot, add appx. 1.5 to 2 cups of water (depending on how much broth you like) and flavor packet. Boil the water. Put in noodles, meat and veggies. Cook until noodles are soft. Great flavor and will clear up a stuffy nose better than anything
