Ramen Corn Chowder

  • 1 package ramen
  • 1/2 cup corn (frozen works best; canned can also be used)
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia’s Cream Cheese (or generic brand)
  • Optional: Grated Parmesean Cheese

Prepare ramen, get rid of flavor packet. In a small pot, place pot on stove at medium heat. Add cooked ramen noodles, corn, and cream cheese all at once. Stir occaisionally until corn is heated and cream cheese is melted to a sauce. Add Parmesean cheese sparingly, while stirring.
