Caleb’s Favorite Ramen

  • 2 packs chicken or shrimp ramen, or one of each
  • 1 handfull sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 3-5 dashes toasted sesame oil(a little goes a long way)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 2 soy chicken patties, such as boca or morningstar

Broil or pan fry soy patties until crispy and browned. Allow to cool and slice into 1/2 inch strips. Toss with 1 tablespoon sesame seeds. Boil ramen bricks, peas and carrots till tender. drain and and toss with seasoning packets and sesame oil and seeds. Top with sliced patties.
