I worked from home today and was hungry early thanks to the time change, so I whipped up some ramen at about 11. Today I decided on eating the Nong Shim Ansung Tang Myun (Hot & Spicy) ramen.
This makes alot for ramen, the brick is extra big and you add three cups of water instead of the usual two. I added chopped onions and carrots, and with one minute left to cook, a raw egg. The result was a delicious soup that really filled me up. The soup wasn’t as spicy as some other spicy ramen I have eaten, but it still had some kick.
This one is worth the $.69 price, order lots!
