Kimchi HotDog Ramen

  • whipped egg
  • thinly sliced smoked hotdogs or sausage
  • fresh garlic
  • chopped onions
  • Napa cabbage fresh
  • Kimchi (pickled cabbage)
  • dried chives

Brown hotdogs/sausage in a skillet with the chopped onions and garlic. Boil water, about 3-5 cups. Reduce heat to simmer and add whipped egg slowly and stir. Next add sliced and browned smoked hotdogs/sausage next add Napa cabbage let simmmer for 1 minute. Add package of noodles and simmer for 3 minutes. Either drain ingredients or pour into bowl. Top off with Kimchi.
