Spicy Ramen Explosion
This one is so simple and so tasty. The twist of lime really adds an interesting kick too.

- Maruchan chili ramen
- chopped green onion
- finely chopped cilantro
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of red pepper or cayenne
- lime (optional)
Prepare ramen and strain, leaving just enough moisture so that chili packet, garlic powder and red pepper will dissolve (a couple tablespoons approximately). Place half of the dry mixture at the bottom of serving bowl before ramen noodles are completed. Throw in ramen noodles, and other half of dry mixture on top and mix. Garnish with green onion and cilantro and sprinkle fresh lime juice to taste (not too much, lime can overwhelm). Your taste buds will thank you.

Ramen and Eggs: Sometimes I eat this for breakfast or its good anytime.
1 pkg Chicken Flavor Ramen or whatever flavor you want
2 or 3 eggs
Start cooking Ramen like you normally would. When it starts to boil, crack the eggs (try not to break yoke) and put them in the pan with the Ramen. Boil until the eggs are to your liking. Add salt and pepper if you want. Mmmm good.

I took this recipe and improvised a little bit, and boy am I glad I did. The changes are:
1. Used a little more than 1/2 spicy dry packet, then added maybe 1/4th of a dry chicken packet.
2. Boiled the noodles with a few pinches of cracked red pepper. Might be superfluous.
Otherwise I followed the recipe. The end result sort of reminds me of a really spicy traditional chicken taco. Man, you were right about the lime…every drop counts.

That’s a retarded amount of spice. Are you sure it’s 2 Tablespoons and not Teaspoons? My entire cayenne bottle is “Approximately 2 Tablespoons.
