Haven’t had a breakfast recipe for awhile. Personally, I have never eaten ramen for breakfast. Also, someone let me know in a comment: Are eggs and curry powder a good combination?

- 1 Nong-Shim Shin Raymun hot & spicy
- 3 Slices thick-cut bacon (4 or 5 regular)
- 1 x-large egg (2 small eggs)
- 2 tsp curry powder
Cook bacon very well over medium heat, just before it gets crispy, but after most of the fat melts off. save a tablespoon or so of the fat. Cook ramen, adding bacon grease and beaten egg towards the end, and drain out most of the excess water. Mince bacon and add. add spice packets and curry. I prefer this recipe with little excess water and concentrated spice, but make it to your own taste.

Argh! My arteries!
Add some celery, and you’ve got a ramen-omlette.
I would rework this so that the curry powder cooks in the bacon grease for a bit, to soften the texture (curry powder is a bit grainy raw) and infuse the curry flavour in the oil.
i sprinkled curry powder right into it. maybe certain kinds are grainy, but the cheap curry powder i use isn’t. curry pastes also work well. i prefer biryani, but you can make it as spicy as you want. cheese is also a good addition (grated on top, or a slice on top)
ive never had ramen before im just looking up ideas and recipies to eat. it sounds tasty =p im gonna try it soon
Curry is one of the most fantastic ways to flavor eggs. I usually add curry to scrambled eggs but it’s a good flavor for many omlettes as well.
Years ago, in a youthful attempt to stimulate, I added garden variety curry powder to simple fried eggs, as they were frying: MOST EXCELLENT! a wonderful combo, and the cumin component is reminiscent of Mexican ‘Huevos Rancheros’… mmm mmm good! So yes, curry powder goes extremely well with eggs.
bon appetit..
In a word, YES!
OOOOOHHHH YESSSS!!!
Maaannyyy Maaannyy Times I keep the curry in my eggs. Its SOOOOO -how do you spell-daehlizious!!!!!!!

I like to cook the noodles, discard the flavor packet and add a little cheese to it, Pepper Jack. MMMmmmm
