I’ve never seen Roast Beef Ramen, but apparently it exists…

Ingredients

  • 2 C. broccoli, 2″ long pieces
  • 1 lb steak, cut into small pieces
  • 8 c. water
  • 4 pkgs Roast beef ramen noodles.

Cook broccoli in 8 c. water to which you have added the 4 pks of seasonings, for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry up the steak pieces in a little oil. Add steak to broccoli and broth, bring to a boil. Add the 4 pkgs of noodles and cook for about 5 minutes.

  1. Roast Beef Ramen does indeed exist…in fact, I had it for lunch today.

  2. That sounds yummy

  3. ummm… it could just be me, but if i could afford steak, i wouldn’t be lookin’ for ramen recipes!

  4. tw beef noodle soup is the best (better than packaged ramen)! an alternate favorite of mine is Thai noodle soup. it’s lighter stock and great for spicy chilis (like when you have a cold). i’ve posted my recipe of thai noodle soup at http://www.thainoodlesoup.com try it out! it takes less than 5 minutes to prep and cook – faster than any noodle soup i’ve ever made. good luck!
