  • 1 Package Ramen (I prefer chicken)
  • 1 Uncooked Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • Onion to taste (Red or white)
  • Shredded Cheese to taste
  • Salt
  • Pepper or Lemon Pepper (More tangy with lemon)

Basically, I crush the noodles in the bag, dump them in the bowl with hot water (not a lot of water). I then add the butter and heat it up until the butter melts. Stir and cook again until just short of the noodles being done. I drain the water if there is too much. Now I add the ramen seasoning as well as the salt and pepper, sometimes more butter. Drop in the egg and cook until it fluffs up. Take it out and stir, if not cooked, obviously cook some more.

Once egg is done add the shredded cheese and chopped onion and enjoy!

  2. This reminds me of how a college roommie used to dress up her ramen! Very tasty 🙂

  3. Delicious! I’ve made this 4 times now. Great quick meal.

  4. yum! Me loves ramen ^^

  5. I must have done something wrong, as my egg never fluffed up.

Still, it was pretty good, once I’d cooked it enough to cook the egg!

  6. I was awesome! although, my egg never fluffed up either ^^; I guess it might have something to do with the type of egg *shrugs*

    but still really good! n__n

  7. i like to put spoonfuls of this on ritz crackers.

  8. I’m on my second time making it now and absolutely love it.

I have difficulty with the egg as well- I can’t see it ever, it sinks into the ramen. So I don’t know if it’s fluffed and I end up stirring it in and breaking it up. It looks terrible, but it tastes really good.

  9. this is the best ramen ever, especailly the thick broth and it looks awsome especially the chopped onions.

  10. MMMM RAMEN!!

  11. If you beat the egg first and drizzle it in, it will “fluff” up better. 🙂

  12. How do you mix Ramen and eggs without the extra stuff?

  13. i take it you are using a microwave?

  14. Ramen rules

  15. In order to cook the egg properly, beat it a little in the pot. Instead of regular onions, I use green onion or chives. Also cut up leftover steak or chicken into little pieces to make a complete meal.

  16. This is delicious. i’ll admit i was hesitant. but after i took a bite i was hooked. all i had was the chicken ramen, butter and an egg. and it tasted phenomenal. if i added cheese or onions or anything else i would have just died of pleasure. A+

  17. i just made this with two packets of ramen, one beef, one chicken, and its awesome!

  18. This is the second recipe I’ve tried off of this site, and both were delicious! ^___^ Keep up the good work!

  19. Here’s what you do…poach 1 or 2 eggs (in water). In a saucepan, cook the ramen. I use my own spices here. They will both be done around the same time. Now, put the egg(s) on top of the ramen. Voila!

  20. I just kind of mixed it all together but made sure the egg cooked somehow xD but it turned out really goood <3
