Ramen Shops

When I first started this site back in 1996, I didn’t even know that ramen shops existed. Now they are in every major city in the US. The town I live in only has about 120,000 people and has no ramen shop. Have you guys ever been to one?

    I have, it’s not in my town, but it’s not too far away :)
    Noodletasia is the best restaurant EVER.

    I am blessed with two great ramen-yas near my work. And they couldn’t be any more different from one another. One, Foo Foo Tei, offers 31 different styles of ramen. The other, Daikokuya, offers just a single bowl, a rich tonkotsu. It’s impossible to say which is better.

    Gah! We have nearly a million people in our metro area but no ramen shop! Boo!
