Okay, I’ve had rice pudding before, so maybe this would work, maybe? I don’t like coconut, so I’m not going to try it.

Ingredients
- 1 pack ramen, finely crushed, no flavor packet
- 1-1/2 c water
- 1 t. soy protein powder (optional)
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 c. brown (or white) sugar
- 1/4 c. coconut
Crush ramen. Hint: leave it in the bag while crushing. A rolling pin might help too. Combine ingredients and bring to a boil for approximately 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. For a smoother pudding, increase the cooking time (add water as needed). Or, put the pudding in a blender.

Let me preface this by saying that I would never eat this. I know you can make dessert from pasta, from rice, and yes, from ramen, but I don’t go for it. I’ve always been clear that foods are segmented, some are for dessert, some are not. I don’t even like pineapples because pine + apple doesn’t sound good to me (okay, flawed logic, I’ll admit), but I will finally eat cheese cake.

Title: Caramel Ramen
Ingredients
- One pack of ramen (flavor pack removed)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
Preheat the over to 300 degrees. Mix the butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a pot, and heat on medium until it starts to bubble and thicken, stirring often. When it gets to this point, remove is from the heat. Break up a pack of ramen and mix it into the mixture until it is
coated well. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet and put it into the oven for 4 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool in the fridge or freezer.

Ingredients:
- 1 block of Ramen
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Chocolate Sauce (Hershey’s… or whatever)
- Powdered Sugar
- Optional: ½ teaspoon Vanilla
- Optional: Whipped Cream
This Ramen recipe is quite a sugar overload. Your mouth will be pleased, and it will keep you up all night. Great for dessert (and for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!). Highly recommended: A tall glass of milk to wash down the intense ‘Hyperactive Candied Choco-Ramen’.
Preparation:
- Fill pot with 2-3 cups of water, and mix in ¼ cup of Brown Sugar. Also, if available, a ½ teaspoon of Vanilla (too much vanilla would make it tastes crazy… like Godzilla… be careful).
- Cook Ramen block when sugar-water boils. Cook until soft and quite ‘noodley’.
- Strain Ramen until most water has left the pot and gone down the drain.
- Pour in a few dashes of Brown Sugar, and ¼ cup of Chocolate Sauce. Make sure to mix it well, until the noodles are a nice golden-brown color.
- Dump Choco-Ramen onto a plate, preferably NOT a paper plate. Then sprinkle as much powdered sugar as you desire upon the Choco-Ramen. This makes it look cool, and taste awesomer.
- If you’re super-fancy, try adding a large mountain of Whipped Cream upon your Choco-Ramen creation.
If you do not have chocolate sauce, melted chocolate chips make a tasty substitute. Also if you don’t like chocolate, try using caramel sauce.
Note: This recipe is extremely sugary and should not be fed to children under 5, because they’ll stay up all night watching Spongebob.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Ramen noodles any flavour
- 1 cup of caramel
- chopped nuts
Note from the Author: Yes, I know it sounds strange, but here are a couple out of my archives.
Take one pkg. of Ramen (use the packet for something else), boil and cook until tender, drain well. Meanwhile melt about a cup of caramel until soft and palaid. Using a stick (a old chopstick works well) twirl the noodles around it and coat the noodles on a stick in the caramel. Then, roll the whole thing in about a cup of chopped nuts, cool, and there.
Behold: Ramen on a stick.

Ingredients:
- 4 packs of uncooked ramen
- 1 16 oz bag of dark chocolate chips.
- 14 drops of peppermint extract
- 2 drops of spearment extract
- 2 drops of wintergreen extract (these amounts of extracts can vary to
- 24 lollipop sticks or popcicle sticks
- Optional: 1/2 tsp butter
Crush dry uncooked ramen noodles into a bowl to about the consistency of bulky
oatmeal or rice krispies… DO NOT crush finer or the recipe doesnt set. Set aside.
Lay out some wax paper.
In a saucepan or double boiler, melt your chocolate chips until then become smooth and creamy.
If desired add butter. (I skip it).
Slowly add mint extracts to the chocolate.
Stir for 1 minute.
Quickly pour over your crushed ramen and stir vigorously until completelycovered.
Immediately spoon mixture in tablespoons onto wax paper into round cookie shapes… mixture will flatten and spread considerable so leave lots of space in between.
Place a stick into each cookie before it hardens.
Let cool COMPLETELY for about an hour.
Peel, and eat.
You can individually wrap these and freeze for use later… they last a LONG time in the freezer, well maybe not THAT long.
Do not use the flavor packets in this recipe, save them for another time. You can NEVER have enough ramen flavor packets!

Ingredients:
- 1 package top ramen (no seasoning packet)
- Strawberry sauce like you get on an ice-cream sundae
- bottle of honey you can squeeze from
- dash cinnamon and sugar
- Whipped cream the kind from the can works best
Make ramen as usual but do not add seasoning packet. I like to undercook it a little but you can make it how you like. Drain noodles and place in fridge till chilled. Take cold ramen and place on a paper plate. Drizzle as much honey on ramen as desired, I like a lot. Sprinkle on some cinnamon and sugar, and a little of the strawberry sauce. Add whipped cream, then a little more strawberry for color. Eat and EnJOY!!!!!
Note: Make this dessert because it is cheap and easy, you know what they say, you are
what you eat. Try this recipe GUYS to impress your fellow co-ed dorm-mates. It just may work!!!!!
